No decals yet, and I’m considering painting the internal cage structure gunmetal (although I don’t plan to display its inner frame). The 3(!) pilot figures that came with it have to be painted, too. Long term, it’ll probably live on my desk at home or at work.

Wow you aren’t wrong. That thing is kind of creepy. I believe the RB-79 Ball here is inspired by deep sea exploration crafts, and looking at the TMNT stills they may share that inspiration.
