Personally, I think this makes a lot of sense. The arc that this movie will be adapting is a bit separated from the rest of the plot and characters that we are familiar with in the show. I haven’t gotten to watch the finale yet and don’t want to get into spoiler territory, but I am super happy to hear that there is going to be more TEIS content being adapted. If only they would hurry up with the English translations of LN 5 and 6.
This anime is one of the most low quality pieces of garbage. I don’t understand how it’s popular at all. Not even sure how it managed to get a second season it was so bad.
I think it trends on “its so bad its good” territory similar to highschool of the dead. It knows what it and plays on that.
Maybe that’s what I’m missing – that I wasn’t supposed to take it seriously. But I did… and yikes.
They named one of the villains “perv asshat” so yea it ahould not be taken seriously at all lol. Its turn your brain off and enjoy atuff which wasn’t horrible. Def not a top anime for me by any means but still enjoyable in a way.
When he says “i am atomic” that was actually pretty hype ngl. Its a cringy line but in this context it was pretty rad.
