It’s my favorite of his, watanabe can drop an anime space hooters and somehow make it not weird, any other anime it’d be sus, felt weirdly realistic here, all of the characters do, down to the robot. Like it makes it more immersive that this space loner works purely to spend his paycheck at a sports bar.
