IIRC, Netflix is the one pushing the show, came with their plan of making a live action OP.
So yeah, I don’t have my hopes up regarding longevity

Probably impossible but I wonder if it will finally get to the part with the half animal people (the last arc).
TIL Gainax was still around
And the rabbit on her head is Memgo
I can already hear the laments from the animators
Mangadex cat
Turbo Granny’s looking way too badass there
Toku in general, the rubber suits don’t fully do justice to the concept art a lot of the time.
That’s why I was so disappointed Kaiju N8 essentially defaulted all its monsters designs to “reptile/humanoid with rough one-colour skin with exposed teeth and slit eyes” or Godzilla knockoffs.
Later on there’s a character who also looks a lot like Gomora.
Enough for Jump to wait for the author to recover for 2 years it seems
Love how she is introduced with some possibly interesting back story, then given the sole personality trait of liking Mash, and immediately going missing for like 25 chapters after only having 2 interactions with the main cast. Only to come back as the damsel in distress for Mash to save, and somehow during the rescue, he gets a nakama power up by remembering their friendship?? Boy you talked to her two whole times, you haven’t even had a full conversation. Hell, with how many potentially interesting characters that manga banishes to the shadow realm it already seemed like Lemon was another casualty.
Putting her with Nami and Power is an insult to both. And I haven’t even watched One Piece.
EDIT: Damn, also Kagura, Sagiri and Yor. What’s next Asa Mitaka???
Didn’t think this was every getting an anime. Its a nice cozy manga about an old couple, with the occasional melancholy that comes with aging, outliving your friends, and missing opportunities.
IIRC, the first 4 episodes were released in a batch. But even ignoring that, its a slow show where not much happens. Most of it is the gang going somewhere and Frieren trying to not repeat the same mistakes of not appreciating her friends enough before its too late.
Well, other than the privacy policy not being great, Blacklights shows a lot of ad trackers https://themarkup.org/blacklight/url=kitsu.io
I thought they already did it, with all their privacy policy entailed.
On that note, is there any similar service that doesn’t do that? Never found one. Kitsu.io is open source but chockfull of trackers, ani.db fits the criteria but doesn’t have the same connections available as MAL (like with MALsync and such), and MangaUpdates’s anime tracker got taken down years ago.
Seems like the only option is hosting Kitsu yourself.
Dropped the manwha when it was clear the author was just dragging it out with an entirely different protagonist and all (and that weird “criminal gives girls weed once, instantly turns them into junkies to prostitute them” arc). It even dropped the whole newtuber bit. Did it get any better?
Well damn that was a quick chapter
With how little dialogue this manga has they are going to get pretty damn close to the current chapter in like 1 season
This is going to be so much better with actua colour. The manga gets confusing with who is with which ranger since they are just shades of grey.
To this day I don’t get the point of the “different” styles if none of the effects are real in-universe. Y’all are just swinging swords around, how come a swordsmanship style becomes more powerful just cause its named sun.
