I’m not sure when I dropped that series. I remember a scene where the neighboring town/city did a witchhunt against one of the little girls (IIRC) and that’s when I dropped it. I’m sure MC would have swooped in in the end and saved the girl, but I didn’t want to read that shit leading up to the rescue.
Maybe I’ll pick it up again when I feel a bit more resillient.
