Slime Fax
Yeah, I wonder how you “link” two slimes like that. Or, were they one slime that you split into two? Super handy though!
I am still liking this show, but there is one thing that I am finding increasingly frustrating. Why does Clay not simply ask about her father? I get that she might feel like she needs to earn her way to the 10th floor and unlock the potential of her father’s weapon. However, just finding out whether he is still alive or not? That can’t go against some kind of honor code right?
In any case, Clay finds out this episode that there was a dungeon master before Belle as well as finding out that everything she knew was a lie. I think she took it pretty well! @[email protected]
Why does Clay not simply ask about her father?
I think there are two reasons: One that she is terrified of finding out. And Two the plot couldn’t work if She rushed straight to her father.
Random, likely wrong, theory. Clay and Belle are sisters, sort of a second family situation, with clays dad also being the previous admin. The whole bit about going to the tenth floor was just to get clay and belle to meet. Meanwhile he’s gone off to manage another dungeon.
I like the line of thinking! I was also entertaining the idea of Clay’s father being the previous admin based on the character design that we saw in the brief flashback. However, the idea of the two of them being sisters is a good spice to add into the theory. If so, I wonder if Belle might know more than Clay or if both of them might be in the dark.
