I read some of the manga and it has it’s moments but still gave pedo vibes imo. The girl is of succubus descent or some similarly iffy shit iirc.

Yeah just gov’t lacking in any leniency or human-ness. She suddenly had her serialization take off and the money rolls in, certainly no extra free time for a popular mangaka to do taxes they were already falling behind on. I don’t think there was any mention if whatever part of the government that handles taxes ever contacted her before resorting to legal action, but surely they could afford to do so and give her time to even hire someone to do it for her which would also surely be easier when not being charged with a crime.

In canada it seems if you fall behind on taxes you just silently loose some standard benefits. I had to catch up to get some medical stuff covered but I only found out when I was asked to pay for my meds and told finishing my taxes would get it covered.

I didn’t mean it so much as seed wasn’t weird because it totally was, but that it was a weird experience because it was the same character designer. watching it after seed made it more confusing, especially since my friends and I watched it all in one marathon while high.

I know, I just feel like insane is too strong of a word, but its probably just because I’ve read several chapters a while back and the things they say actually being true makes it feel wrong to me.

Yeah I’ve sewn a few cases of that. There was one where both were wrong but I can’t think of it off the top of my head. I feel like I’ve been scrolling through my anime tracking lists to find obscure entries a lot lately and lamenting the futility.

I always wanted to get back in to kingdom but I’d probably have to just start over and that seems like a big task.
