I am looking for something along the lines of A Manga With Too Many Premises (5-pages long) and Weirdo (15-pages long).

tbh I’m not sure if plot twist (if there’s even a plot) - or just “twist” alone - is even the right term here. What I meant is something unexpected or surprising happening.

Ideally, it would be more fleshed out - i.e. not a one-shot - but the rate at which twists are introduced must be extremely high. At least once per chapter should be the minimum; once per panel page would put it on the same level as the examples given.

It’d be a bonus if it has an anime adaptation. Feel free to recommend non-manga/anime media too!

Asking for twists every chapter or even every page sounds unrealistic. How does a series even keep continuity like that?

But if I had to give a rec, I’d say Domestic no Kanojo. You get twists fairly often, and as long as you don’t get invested in the Rui vs. Hina fight and just strap in for the dumpsterfire roller coaster it’ll be enjoyable
