No sign of Aki. And I was really hoping we’d see Denji go out of his way to find blood devil since it looked like he almost completely forgot about Power all of part 2. Ah well good enough.
Has Fujimoto ever written a happy ending before? This honestly surprised me.

It might not be the happiest ending but compared with every other Fujimoto thing I’ve read it’s downright joyful.
Hmm I see where you’re coming from, but I’m not sure. Like yeah, it’s better than where he was just a few chapters ago, but he’s still the same miserable, mistreated guy. Still no agency over himself. Back in the same old rut where he came from.
Hm, I don’t know what to think of this ending. This has “it was all a dream” energy. Like, what was the point? The entire last arc was a confusing mess and it’s kind of left as that.
I’m sincerely hoping this is a fake-out ending, but that’s probably too much to hope for.
