How do you make multiple seasons of this show? It sounds like one of those 3-episode hentai shows from the early 2000s with the horrible dubs.
The article refers to it as a short anime, which usually means episodes are only like 5 minutes long.

I did open the article, as you might have observed if you read my comment. However, “R (Returns)” provides very little further information than “R,” especially given just that I can’t read Japanese.
They put the R (short for “Returns”) at the end of the title to indicate that is is the second season.
