Premieres this July. Check out the ANN article for additional cast/staff information. Synopsis from AniList:
Takuma is a single guy who does nothing but go to work and come home. Too tired to do chores, he decides to get a robot to cook and keep house. “Mina-chan” is such a good housekeeper, Takuma jokes that she should become his wife. Mina takes Takuma’s joke seriously, and slowly the two start doing more things together, like having a picnic outside. As time goes by, Takuma starts to fall for Mina, but can a human and a robot ever have an equal, loving relationship?
Literally me when I saw this announcement. I saw the visual on Comic Natalie with the tag “アニメ化” (anime adaptation) and I was just so, so happy.
Oh this sounds cute! Global crises and an election year are making me seek soft, happy media, and this looks like another good, wholesome one from the description.
I am really excited about this one. I just recently started reading the manga and very quickly binged through what was available. It’s a great SOL with a fun and interesting cast of characters.
Edit: The series does take a bit of a dramatic turn later on, but I imagine that the anime will only be adapting the comfy SOL parts earlier on in the story.
